By clicking the check box, the customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of renting a car with Linkcar as stated below:

Payment Schedule: Payments are due every week. Late payments will incur a [Late Fee] of $[Amount] per day.

Insurance Requirements The Client must maintain full coverage auto insurance on the Vehicle at all times during the rental period. The insurance must include:

1. Comprehensive and Collision coverage.

2. Liability coverage with limits no less than $[Amount] for bodily injury and $[Amount] for property damage.

Proof of insurance must be provided before taking possession of the Vehicle.

The client is expected to bring their driver's license when they come to pickup the car as well

Failure to maintain proper insurance or provide proof will result in immediate termination of this Agreement, and the Rental Company reserves the right to repossess the Vehicle.

Vehicle Condition and Return

Condition at Start of Rental: The Vehicle will be provided to the Client in clean condition and in good operating condition, with a full fuel tank.

Maintenance and Use: The Client agrees to return the Vehicle in the same condition as when it was received, subject to normal wear and tear. The Client must:

1. Not permit any unlicensed driver or any driver not approved by the Rental Company to operate the Vehicle.

2. Keep the Vehicle in good working order and notify the Rental Company immediately of any mechanical issues.

3. Not use the Vehicle for any illegal purposes, racing, or off-road driving.

Return of Vehicle: The Vehicle must be returned to the agreed Location by End Time on the last day of the rental period. Late returns will incur additional charges of $[Late Return Fee] per hour.

Mileage Limits The Client is allowed [X] miles per [day/week/month]. Any excess mileage will be charged at $[X] per mile.

Fuel Policy The Client agrees to return the Vehicle with a full tank of gas. If the Vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, the Client will be charged $[Amount] per gallon for refueling.

Prohibited Uses The Client agrees not to:

1. Use the Vehicle for any unlawful purposes.

2. Engage in reckless driving or allow any unauthorized person to drive the Vehicle.

3. Sublease or rent the Vehicle to another party.

4. Transport goods that would result in a higher level of insurance coverage than required by this Agreement.

Damage, Theft, or Loss: The Client is responsible for all damages, theft, or loss of the Vehicle that occur during the rental period, regardless of fault. In the event of an accident, theft, or damage, the Client must:

1. Notify the Rental Company immediately.

2. File a police report and obtain all necessary information from the other party involved (if applicable).

3. Provide the Rental Company with all documents and information necessary for the insurance claim.

The Rental Company may use the security deposit to cover any costs associated with damage or loss. If damages exceed the security deposit, the Client agrees to pay the difference within [X] days.

Maintenance and Repairs: The Client is responsible for all routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire pressure, and keeping the Vehicle in a clean condition. Any repairs due to misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the Client. The Client must inform the Rental Company before any non-emergency repairs are undertaken.

Termination of Agreement The Rental Company may terminate the rental Agreement immediately if the Client:

1. Fails to make timely payments.

2. Violates any of the terms of the Agreement and conditions.

3. Fails to maintain full insurance coverage.

Upon termination, the Client must return the Vehicle immediately, and the Rental Company may repossess the Vehicle at the Client's expense.

Indemnity and Liability The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Rental Company harmless from all liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the use or operation of the Vehicle by the Client or any authorized driver. The Rental Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of the Vehicle, including lost profits, loss of business, or other consequential damages.
